Noval Property announces the acquisition of a plot of land with a total surface area of 201.33 sq.m., located in Marousi, Greece. The acquisition price amounted to EUR 185 thousand and it has been financed by Noval Property’s own funds.
The plot of land is adjacent to an exiting property, where Noval Property is developing a new, modern office building, integrating the principles of bioclimatic and smart design and aiming to obtain LEED certification at Gold Level.
